How To Live In Peace

A majority of people’s objective is to live in peace, yet their actions, feelings, and thoughts show otherwise. They are stuck on focusing on what has already happened rather than what is happening in their lives.

Eleven things you should not do to live in peace.

1. Don’t waste your energy or time living in past painful emotions or mentally reviewing a specific past event

2. Don’t look back

3. Don’t second-guess your decisions

4. Don’t keep replaying past mistakes over and over in your mind or re-live past hurt feelings

5. Don’t criticize or self-judge performance in past difficult or uncomfortable conversations

6. Don’t fixate on past things you couldn’t control

7. Don’t imagine catastrophic scenarios

8. Don’t overthink your past decisions, which causes you to avoid action in the present

9. Don’t assume other people’s opinions are better than your own while you put your opinions down

10. Don’t compare yourself to others

11. Don’t accept or live in doubt

 Final Thoughts

To be at peace, you must focus on yourself as your number one priority. Live and rejoice in the freedom from negativity in your mind and heart.
