Hello to all my Fans. The next five days coming up is the Week of Thanks. In the spirit of the week, I want to warmly thank all who has supported me over the years with this quote.
"Today, I will remember the difference between me in the present and me of the past who resides in my memories. I will know that past thoughts, actions and feelings which were a result of hurt done to me, were not my values. I will accept all that I am now. I will remember that my experiences flow like a river and in a moment turn into history. My goal is to recognize my core, my authority and appreciate today."

Resistance is Powerful
“RESISTANCE to change is one of the most powerful forces in the universe.
The counterbalancing force is the push toward GROWTH.
The resulting feeling from the clash of these two
forces is anxiety, which moves us out of our comfort zone
filled with pain and into a new space of personal strength.”
